Location is fantastic, close to Burbank Village and public transport. Enjoyed the lovely view of the surrounding hills from the room. Staff, especially Matthew and Melissa, were exceptionally polite and professional.
Room was dirty upon arrival with stained towels and forgotten items from previous guests. Constant issues with room keys that were frustrating to deal with.

Modern and perfect place all in all, has very courteous stuff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Amazing location adjacent to a center and Close to Universal Studios Hollywood, its central. Downtown Burbank district is worth seeing.

It is a perfect property located in Downtown Burbank district adjacent to the establishment, Burbank and the Griffith observatory. The location is stunning, as the hotel is based to all the restaurants & shopping center. The downstairs bar is nice, loved this place.

The room was massive and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the nearby mall and dining spots. The staff was friendly and the check, in process was a breeze, thanks to the text pre, registration.
The internet was a nightmare , kept dropping, not great for remote work. had issues with the phone and had to wait a long time for blankets.

Would like to have better access to the lovely gardens in the back. They are beautiful and I think they should be showcased and made part of the back lobby area. It was hard to get to the gardens.

Thought it was a little dated. Elevator check insurance out of date. Restraint staff were not consistent , some were poor. Floor 3 facing the car park was noisy at times
